Track and Field
Train Hard. Compete Strong. Finish Proud.
Our Belief
Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School’s Track & Field CCA develops students through structured training and competitive experiences, nurturing discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility. The programme supports the growth of confident and self-directed individuals who strive for continuous improvement.
Guided by our ACE values — Adaptability, Courage, and Empathy, athletes learn to adjust to challenges, push beyond their limits, and support one another as a team. These values shape both their sporting journey and personal character.
Our Adventures
Students are exposed to a range of events, including sprints, middle- and long-distance races, relays, as well as field events such as long jump and shot put. This allows them to discover their strengths and develop specialised skills.
Athletes represent the school in the National School Games (NSG), gaining valuable competition experience and learning to perform under pressure. These opportunities build confidence, sharpen focus, and instils pride in representing the school.
Team bonding and cross-training sessions further strengthen camaraderie, creating a supportive environment where athletes grow together.
Our Training
