Our Belief
Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School's NPCC unit was set up in 1968. The unit has grown from strength to strength in the last 57 years. AISS NPCC unit aims to develop its members as confident person, self-directed learner, active contributor and concerned citizen through its wide range of activities. This is in line with the desired outcomes of our students to remain adaptable in today’s competitive world.

The MISSION of the National Police Cadet Corps is to develop our members to be active citizens and community leaders, by working in partnership with Singapore Police Force to fight crime and keep Singapore safe.
The VISION of the National Police Cadet Corps is to become the best youth organisation in Singapore, one that actively helps to make Singapore the safest place in the world

Through meaningful experiences, AISS NPCC cadets are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones with courage, take on leadership roles with adaptability, and collaborate with their peers with empathy, fostering camaraderie, confidence, and a strong commitment to serving the community.
Our Adventures
NPCC offers a wide range of engaging and experiential activities that allow cadets to develop both practical skills and character. Cadets undergo structured training in areas such as foot drills, campcraft, and Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) sessions, where they learn discipline, coordination, analytical thinking, and survival skills. These hands-on experiences challenge them to work together, think critically, and persevere through both physically and mentally demanding tasks.
Beyond training, cadets participate in meaningful learning journeys to deepen their understanding of Singapore’s community and heritage. These include visits to police establishments like the Police Heritage Centre and Neighbourhood Police Centres, as well as non-police sites such as Bukit Chandu, the Former Ford Factory, and the Changi Chapel and Museum. Through these varied experiences, cadets gain a broader appreciation of history, resilience, and civic responsibility, strengthening their commitment to serving the community.
Camps and cohort bonding activities play a vital role in developing teamwork, resilience, and leadership among cadets. Highlights include the Area Training Camp (ATC) and the Annual Camp, where cadets step out of their comfort zones to face challenges together, build trust, and grow in confidence. Beyond these camps, cadets also participate in physical activities such as Laser Tag and In-line Skating, providing exposure to diverse sports while encouraging collaboration across levels and coy groups. These experiences allow cadets to bond with peers from different cohorts, fostering camaraderie and a vibrant NPCC family culture. Together, these activities make NPCC an enriching and memorable journey, shaping students’ personal growth both in and beyond school.
